6:30AM to 9PM: You can drop off your laundry and pick up during our store hours.
We use Tide, Gain, Arm & Hammer, OxiClean, All Free & Clear, and Bounce. Just let us know what you prefer when dropping off your laundry.

Yes, a modest 10 lbs. for in-store drop-off.
Most orders are done next day. However, please allow two days from drop-off. We will notify you when your laundry is ready for pick-up.

When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.

No, you do not. Just let us know when scheduling your pick-up and drop-off online where our driver can find your order and where they can leave it upon return.

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
